Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent for participation in the study Both sex Age 18 to 55 years ASA grade 1 and 11 Infraumbilical surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal for participation in the study ASA Grade above III History of any drug allergies Opioid addicts Anatomical spinal deformities/malformations Any chronic comorbidity Any acute URTI or fever
