Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PART A:Old aged people (male and female) between 60 to 80 years of age Those who are willing to participate in the study. Inclusion Criteria PART B:screened with cognitive impairment MMSE Scales lesser than 24 & 6 CIT Score of 8 or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part A:Persons not willing to participate PARTB:Patient suffering from any psychiatric disorder and taking contemporary medicine. Patient suffering from any major medical illness requiring significant care. Patient with serious suicidal & Homicidal risk, alcohol dependence, history of thyroid abnormality. Persons having DM

To ensure maintenance of physical and mental health, improvement in quality of life and propagation of Ayurveda in elderly population. 1.documentation of socio demographic and morbidity status. 2.awareness and propagation of Ayurveda diet and lifestyle principles in elderly population 3. To provide Ayurveda intervention for improvement in cognitive function in selected cases e. To assess the changes in quality of life (QOL) after Ayurveda intervention Timepoint: Part A - 1000 patients will be assessed at first visit and then after 60 days Part B Ã¢â?¬â??
