Intervention1: Neutral Spinal Spray: Subject is made to lie on a spinal spray tub. There will be steady shower from a punctured cylinder about 20 minutes. Water temperature is 33.3 to 35.5 degree Cels

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject willing to voluntarily participate by signing consent form Self reported symptoms of PMS for over 6 months Subjects having regular Menstrual Cycle Self reported impairment of occupational, family or personal functioning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have a history of any psychiatric illness or undergoing therapies for the same. History or current usage of oral contraceptive pills or devices/Hormonal therapy History of usage of psychotropic medications or any psychoactive substances/drug addiction Subject with any known history of health conditions like PCOD,AUB.
