Inclusion criteria: 1.HEAD AND NECK SURGERY-LIP,TONGUE,ORAL CAVITY CANCER 2. SHOULD KNOW Hindi OR English LANGUAGE 3.SHOULD GIVE CONSENT FOR THE STUDY

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is Length of hospital stay in days. it was used in sample size calculation.Timepoint: The primary outcome is the total duration of hospital stay, and it will be measured from the date of patient admission in ward for surgery till date of discharge after surgery, so there is not a single time point. the time duration of hospital stay is different for each patient.
