Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Patients diagnosed with CKD, who are 1. undergoing HD 2 to 3 times in a week for more than 1 year 2. clinically stable 3. not dependent on others for self-care 4. not diagnosed with cognitive impairment • willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female Patients diagnosed with CKD who are: 1. diagnosed with psychiatric illness 2. diagnosed with diseases other than DM, HTN and cardiovascular diseases 3. hospitalized during data collection period 4. critically ill

1. Quality of life: as measured by Kidney Disease Quality of Life Instrument, 2. self efficacy- as measured by SUPPH(strategies used by people to promotr health) 3. psychological wellness - as measured by psychological well being scaleTimepoint: the outcome will be assessed at base line, 4th, 8th and 12th week after the administration of the intervention
