Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and chronicity. Patients with symptoms of vataja grahani. Patients fit for basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any other systemic disorders which interfere in the course of the disease and treatment. Patients with upadrava like gudabramsha, gudapaka,gudashotha. Pregnant women.

MeasureTime frame
To study the add on effect of Nabhi Basti along with Matra Basti of Til Taila in Vataja Grahani vis-a-vis Irritable bowel syndrome.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 7 days. Patient will be assessed on 0, 3rd and 7th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To study the effect of Matra basti with Til Taila in Vataja Grahanivis-a-vis Irritable bowel syndrome. 2.To study the add on effect of Nabhi Basti along with Matra Basti of Til Tail in Vataja Grahani vis-a-vis Irritable bowel syndrome.Timepoint: Patient will be assessed on 0, 3rd and 7th day.
