Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Substances use Patients of Family Caregiver with moderate and severe burden will be included. Caregivers who can speak and write in Tamil or English will be included. only Individual Session is included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Substances use Patients of Family Caregiver with mild burden will be excluded. Substances use Patients of Family Caregiver with mild burden will be excluded. Group Session is Excluded.

To improve the Psychological wellbeing, coping, anxiety, and stress. Pre and Post test will be assessed by Psychological wellbeing, anxiety, and stress scale.Timepoint: 4 weeks
