Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with moderate to severe Premenstrual syndrome using PMSS Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Menstrual irregularities. Under hormonal medication for dysmenorrhea. Females diagnosed with Prolapse and incontinence. Participants who participate in regular physical activity
