Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) All cases of Abdominopelvic trauma. b) Age 18 to 60 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Isolated abdominal and pelvic trauma patients. b)Patients with known systemic and bleeding disease. c)Patients refusing to give consent..
