Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients on invasive mechanical ventilation admitted to medical intensive care unit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known case of diaphragmatic palsy 1. Pregnancy 2. Poor visualization of diaphragm 3. Electrolyte disorders including hypokalemia and hypophosphatemia 4. Neuromuscular disorders
