Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having any of the classical signs and symptoms of Ardhavbhedaka (migraine) associated with gastric disturbances as mentioned in the diagnostic criteria Age group - 18 years to 65 years Uncomplicated cases of migraine Patients willing to participate in trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 65 years Pregnant and lactating women Patients having complications like tension headache or any other form of headache other than gastro intestinal migraine Patients suffering from secondary headaches like meningitis, brain tumour, encephalitis, cervical spondylitis etc and also headache due to refractive errors & glaucoma Patients suffering from malignant and accelerated hypertension, coronary artery disease, uncontrolled diabetes Patients suffering from any kind of malignancy, HIV and any other chronic disease Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other severe illness
