Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with End stage renal disease undergoing Arteriovenous fistula surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.H/o Previous AV fistula surgery on the same limb 2.Individuals with history of pre-existing unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy/unilateral phrenic nerve palsy 3.Acquired coagulopathy (anticoagulant therapy without bridge treatment) 4.Localized infection 5.Allergic to local anesthetics /history of adverse reaction 6.Pregnancy 7.Morbid obesity

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the rate of blood flow, peak, and average radial artery flow at three hours post-op in patients receiving stellate ganglion block vs control group. 2.To assess AV fistula patency at 01 months post-op Timepoint: 1.At O hours to block/surgery and thereafter after 03 hours 2.After 04 weeks from 1.
