Interventions

Intervention1: BABOONA: 3 gm Baboona powder filled in capsules two times daily for four weeks. Control Intervention1: PLACEBO: 3 gm wheat flour filled in capsules two times daily for four weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years 2. A score of 5 or more in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) 3. Full consciousness 4. Ability to communicate verbally and respond study instruments. • Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. History of allergy to chamomile herb or its other derivatives 3. Use of anticoagulants (such as heparin, warfarin, aspirin, and plavix) 4. Dependence on medications or drugs (including opioids, alcohol, analgesics, antidepressants, and hypnotics), 5. Uncontrolled asthma, hypertension, cancer, diabetes mellitus, and systemic lupus erythematous, cardiac failure, and mental, hepatic, or renal disorders, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Migraine or cluster headache (according to the participantsâ?? medical records). 6. Known cases of Parkinson, chorea, epilepsy, dementia. 7. Patients of skin diseases like eczema, scabies and psoriasis.
