Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients, who are cooperative, motivated and committed. 2. Patients with at least one tooth with periodontal probing depth (PD) >= 5mm when measured using a manual periodontal probe (UNC 15). 3. Radiographic presence of at least one infrabony osseous defect having depth >= 3 mm as measured. 4. Patients who will maintain optimum level of oral hygiene or full mouth plaque index score of

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any known systemic disease/conditions and drug/ medication intake that will interfere with wound healing or minor surgical procedures. 2. Patients who are current smokers or consuming any other form of tobacco and not willing to quit. 3. Patients allergic to any drug and/or material, used in the study.
