Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will be conducted in ASA 1 and 2 physical status adult patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Age less than 18 years 3. Coagulopathies 4. Hypersensitivity to study drugs 5. History of previous surgery in lumbar area 6. Localised infection at site if injection 7. Patients with paraplegia or parasthesia 8. Untreated fractures of spine 9. Lower extremity weakness
