Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 to 40 years age group 2. symptomatic irreversible pulpitis diagnosed in maxillary first permanent molars associated with carious exposure. 3.CBCT imaging done to confirm the presence of MesioBucccal 2 canal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Below 20 and above 40 years age group. 2. Pregnant patients and patients with any systemic diseases. 3. Nonvital tooth with radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis and periapical lesions. 4. Tooth with weeping canals. 5. Acute apical abscess 6. Retreatment cases 7. CBCT image showing absence of MB2 canal
