Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who exhibit cooperative behavior (Frankl scale 3 or4) Demonstrate competency in using Wong Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale Patients requiring bilateral pulpectomy of primary mandibular molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Grossly decayed teeth Endodontically treated teeth Children allergic to local anesthetic drug Children with any systemic disease Presence of dental abscess, local infection which decreases the effect of local anesthesia
