Inclusion criteria: All patients of Head and Neck Cancer who visit and are referred to the ENT Out Patient Department of B.J Government Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune

Quality of Life scoring based on the EORTC QLQ H&N43questionnaire.Timepoint: Quality of Life based on the EORTC QLQ H&N43questionnaire assessed at the time of diagnosis during the first visit and post treatment.Final analysis of the data from the samples to done in last month of study duration of 12months overall.
