Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children and Adolescents (up to 18 years) with TMJ ankylosis 2.Difficult intubation and limited/no mouth opening (

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of consent 2. Planned awake intubation 3. Severe retrognathia with features of upper airway obstruction during sleep
