Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with upper abdominal pain with or without fever or nausea and vomiting Patient with increased serum amylase and lipase levels Patient with or without change in pancreatic morphology excluding acute abdomen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with acute pancreatitis accompanied with hollow viscus perforation or peritonitis
