Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients above the age of 18 year with diagnosed upper alimentary tract malignancies (Esophageal cancer, Hypopharyngeal cancer, and Gastric cancer) with absolute dysphagia proposed for the feeding jejunostomy procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-obstructive Gastric cancer patients (growth arising from the body and fundus) 2.Patients unfit for the general anesthesia. 3.Pregnant women. 4.Patients with previous upper abdominal sur-gery 5.Feeding jejunostomy performed along with other surgical procedures 6.Failed or re-jejunostomy in the already op-erated patient
