Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Girls between 12-19 years 2.After one year of menarche 3.Having complaints of abnormal uterine bleeding : â?? irregular or scanty or excessive bleeding and/or having inter menstrual bleeding or spotting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having other systemic diseases, severe anemia, congenital anomalies 2. Severe malnourishment 3. Excessive bleeding during menses causing hemodynamic instability and worsening the general condition. 4. Participant who misses 2 follow up. 5. Participant willing to discontinue the treatment.

menstruation regulates or not monthly cycle 4-5 days after 28 to 30 days with normal flow according to PBAC(pictorial blood loss analysis chart) scoring for uterine bleeding before and afterTimepoint: partcipant will be assessed at baseline ,after 1st month,2nd month and 3rd month for menstrual pattern
