Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
sedation and anxiolysis produced by two drugs in the study And minimal blood in surgical field so that surgery will be easy to carryoutTimepoint: Sedation(Ramsay sedation scorre) and anxiolysis score are assessed before surgery Blood pressure and other vital parameters are assessed through surgery and noted every 15minutes And ISOFE score(Intraoperative surgical field evaluation score)noted during surgery every half hourly

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To monitor HR (per minute), Mean Arterial pressure (MAP),Systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP &DBP), Peripheral oxygen saturation (SPO2). 2. To look for any side effects in patients receiving these drugs.Timepoint: 90 minutes before surgery till 4hours after surgery
