Intervention1: Asynchronous telehealth sessions: Publicly accessible exercise videos to be shared with subjects
60 min/sessions, 3 days/week for 8 weeks. Control Intervention1: Synchronous telehealth sessions: Online, live exercise sessions

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adolescent children aged 13-15 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who tested positive for COVID in past 3 months Children diagnosed with diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism or other active systemic disorders. Children with musculoskeletal or neurological disorders.
