Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between the age group of 18 to 68 2. Patient on mechanical ventilation and tracheostomised or endotracheal Intubated 3. Patients after 24 hour of intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with perceived spine injury 2. Patient with trachea-bronchial anomalies. 3. Patient with known risk of bleeding disorder. 4. Patient on weaning 5. Patient who are Nasal intubated

Outcomes assessed would be hemodynamic parameters and oxygen saturationTimepoint: Outcome of normal saline instillation will be assessed after 5 min of suctioning
