Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are not practicing any form of yoga/ meditation for the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Participants with any kind of illness (acute/ chronic) ii. Participants with history of smoking, drug abuse, alcohol consumption, pregnant and lactating women
