Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult Patients 2. Type 1/ Type 2 reaction 3. Clinically diagnosed 4. Not on treatment for reactions 5. Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Autoimmune diseases 3. Infectious comorbidities 4. Use of immunosuppressive drugs for other causes than leprosy
