Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sample of only Un-Married females patients diagnosed with Primary Dysmenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sample ranges from below 13 years and above 30 years. Patients with underlying disease like fibroid, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain. Patients with any chronic disease or who had undergone major surgery and other systemic illness were excluded.
