Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CHILDREN AND ADOLOSCENT PATIENTS LESS THAN 14 YEARS OF AGE WITH LATERAL CONDYLE FRACTURE OF HUMERUS CHILDREN OF BOTH SEXES ARE INCLUDED CLOSED FRACTURE WITH DISPLACEMENT MORE THAN 2mm FRACTURES LESS THAN 2 WEEKS OLD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS MORE THAN 14 YEARS OF AGE COMPOND FRACTURE PATHOLOGICAL FRACTURE COMMINUTED AND SEGMENTAL FRACTURES ANTOMICAL ELBOW DEFORMITY ASSOCIATED OTHER INJURY IN THE SAME JOINT PATIENT NOT WILLING FOR SURGERY
