Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: cases : 1) Pregnant patients in third trimester with excellent dates as corroborated by a) Clinical information of known last menstrual period with 28 to 30 days cycle. OR b) Availability of first-trimester ultrasound. 2) Estimated fetal weight calculated by ultrasound Intergrowth 21 Standards. Controls- Estimated fetal weight calculated by ultrasound between 10th and 90th percentile according to the Intergrowth 21 Standards.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women attending ANC OPD in third trimester a) Iron deficiency anemia b) Presence of infection c) Congenital malformation in fetus d) Multiple pregnancies
