Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with moderate to low risk of fall (score 21-56 according to Berg Balance Scale) Asymptomatic older adults Age group between 65-80 Individuals able to walk without support Participants willing to participate in the study Cooperative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who participated in the exercise at least 4 times in a month prior to intervention Participants with any Musculoskeletal, Neurological, or Cardiovascular disorder Lower extremity fracture or joint replacement High risk of fall according to Berg Balance Scale Cognitive impairment History of fall in recent 6 months History of clinical depression Non-cooperative patients
