Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years and less than 90 years with diagnosed as a case of lateral epicondylitis with symptoms of duration more than three months. Lateral epicondylitis was defined as pain on the lateral side of the elbow and pain at the lateral epicondyle on direct palpation which increases on resisted dorsiflexion of the wrist.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Patients had previous steroid injection at the site in question. b. Patients with a history of gastric ulcers, renal impairment, allergy/hypersensitivity to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) or lidocaine derivative medications, c. Pregnant females d. History of surgery on the lateral side of the elbow e. Compressive neuropathy f. Inflammatory arthritis g. Autoimmune disease
