Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Physiotherapy interns, post graduates and staff actively involved in patient handling. 2. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physiotherapists with any neurological or rheumatic diseases 2. Physiotherapists with a history of any major surgeries, fractures, dislocations in the upper or lower quadrant and spine which will limit or restrict their movement.
