Inclusion criteria: 1 Apparently healthy individuals of either gender in age group 20 to 50 years 2 Individuals having pitta prakopa lakshana 3 Apparently healthy individulas who are ready to sign the concern form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects addicted to tobacco and alcohol 2 Pregnant women lactating women 3 Subjects who are not on any other dietary supplements
