Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient presenting with classical signs and symptoms of nadivrana with external opening on body surface. 2) Patient age group between 15-60 years. 3) Both genders. 4) Patient ready to take treatment. 5) Patient who are reluctant for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient reluctant to take treatment. 2) Age group below 15years and above 60years. 3) Congenital sinus. 4) Nadivrana with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, actinomycosis, bleeding disorders, AIDS. 5) Osteomylitis followed by sinus. 6) Patient having complicated sinuses, patient having neoplastic sinus. 7) If sinus tract is more then 5cm.
