Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA Status I-II with Mouth opening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Mouth opening 3. Thyromental distance 4. Severe obesity (BMI > 35kg/m2) 5. Limited neck movement / C spine pathology 6. Neck mass 7. Patients with nasal polyps, turbinate hypertrophy 8. Patients with mandibular fracture where mouth opening increases to more than 3cm after induction of anesthesia
