Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adults aged 18-80 years, ASA I-II patients undergoing RCIC and RPLND

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgeries 2. Major blood loss/Vascular reconstruction planned, increasing the possibility of/or in view of prolonged stay in ICU. 3. All contraindications/failure to establish epidural analgesia 4. All cases where epidural analgesia cannot be continued post-operatively 5. Pre-operatively on opioids (equivalent to 60 mg of oral morphine) for more than 1 week.

To assess the effect of OFA on post-operative bowel activity assessed as time to passage of flatus /faeces in patients undergoing surgery for urological cancers (limited to RCIC and RPLND)Timepoint: At every 12 hour interval until bowel recovery
