Intervention1: 1.Kulatthadi Kashaya With Yavakshara as prakshepa 2.Shatapushpa Choorna : 20ml kashaya(prepared from 10 gm dry drug) with 250 mg yavakshara Rout of administration Orally 2.Shatapushpa

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both married /unmarried patients in the age group of 18-40yrs. 2 Patients with any 3 or more clinical features of PCOS like- Obesity (BMI >=30) Amenorrhea or Oligomenorrhoea Anovulation Infertility (Due to anovulation) Acne Hirsutism (Ferryman-Gallwey scale) Acanthosis nigricans 3 Along with confirmation of any one Polycystic Ovary in USG finding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from Pelvic disease like (Endometriosis, Hydrosalpinx, Fibroid uterus) 2 Organic lesions of reproductive tract like T.B, Carcinoma and Congenital deformities. 3 Patients with history of Cardiac diseases, Chronic liver disease. 4 Age group 40yrs will be excluded 5 Uncontrolled Hypertension (Systolic BP above 150 & Diastolic above100mmhg), 6 Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus (above the range of 160-200 mg/dl.FBS)

it is expected that trial drug will help in the reduction of ovarian volume & body weight. Timepoint: 3 months

MeasureTime frame
it is expected that trial drug will help in the regulation of menstrual cycle.Timepoint: 4 months
