Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant females after 20 weeks of POG will be recruited and divided into subgroups of various hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. age and gestation matched normotensive pregnant women will also be recruited.ca125, crp and il6 levels is to be measured and compared in both cases and control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women with chronic hypertension preexisting medical condition clinical chorioamnionitis ovarian disease
