Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-25 ï?· Both male and female participants ï?· Subjects with no previous NHE experience ï?· Subjects having no history of hamstring injuries and having MMT of grade 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent fractures &ligament injuries in past 6 months ï?· Recent surgeries for cardiac problem ï?· History of medical condition such as musculoskeletal disorder
