Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. patients with musculoskeleteal neck pain more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with pathological neck pain due to known fractures, malignancies, and neurological conditions. 2. Acute soft tissue trauma that can interfere with the assessment.
