Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients of either sex of age group 20-50 years are selected for the study. 2.Subjects willing to be a part of the study and signed the written informed consent. 3.Patients who are diagnosed with grossly decayed tooth or periodontally compromised tooth with a poor prognosis which are indicated for extraction and extraction for orthodontic treatment. 4.Patient should be educated enough to understand and answer the protocol of VAS and OPS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subject allergic to any of the NSAIDs. 2.Pregnant or lactating women. 3.Subjects who are medically compromised (diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, renal diseases, peptic ulcer)
