Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants of 42-65 years of age 2) Diagnosed with type 1 or 2 DM for more than 4 years 3) Willing to participate in the study. 4) Participants scoring equal or more than 3 on NEST Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants unwilling to participate Diagnosed with Cognitive impairment from childhood Any other diagnosed neurological and psychiatric disorder Diagnosed Cardiovascular disease like Arrhythmia, unstable angina, uncontrolled severe hypertension Recent surgery (joint, abdominal, heart, brain surgery) Recent trauma or injury Individuals currently undertaking weight training
