Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe OA knee patients according to Kellgren and Lawrence system 2. Minimum 4/6 criteria matching according to American College of Rheumatology 3. Score of >=37 on TAMPA scale 4. Score of >=19 on Dynamic gait index 5. Score ranging 42-51 on Berg balance scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate 2. Patients with recent lower extremity fractures, inflammatory conditions, obesity, Hip or ankle pathology, congenital diseases, Tumor, trauma to lower extremity. 3. Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes, unstable angina.
