Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients attending Ilmul Jarahat OPD National Institute of Unani Medicine Diagnosed with Fissure in Ano with digital and proctoscopic examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fissure associated with any other anorectal disease. 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Malignancy 4. Severe systemic disease
