Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forward head individuals above 18 years of age with wall tragus distance more than 10 cm and craniovertebral angle less 49.9 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acquired or congenital structural deformity 2. Cervical spine surgery or neurological signs 3. Cervical spine cord compression, tumor, instability, fracture 4. Pathologies like inflammatory diseases or infection.
