Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly Diagnosed case suffering from 1st Degree Arsha . Irrespective of Gender, Cast, Religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2nd,3dr and 4th Degree Hemorrhoids. Severe Anemic patients . Patient with major Systemic illness.

MeasureTime frame
A Clinical Study to Evaluate Effect of Nagardhanyak Shrut Jal in Arsha with special reference to Haemorrhoids. The parameters of efficacy of Nagardhanyak Shrut Jal will be evaluated by observing the patient through subjective and objective criteria at regular intervals 0,15,30 days follow up. The relief of signs and symptoms of Arsha (Haemorrhoids) will be analysed with the help of visual analogues scale and Five point likert scale.Timepoint: A Clinical Study to Evaluate Effect of Nagardhanyak Shrut Jal in Arsha with special reference to Haemorrhoids. Parameters of efficacy will be to reduce the signs and symptoms of Arsha (Haemorrhoids) with the help of common kitchen ingredient like Nagar (Sunthi) and Danyak as a Pathya or Post meal drink in Arsha.

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome will be to promote the use of common kitchen remedies.Timepoint: The Nagardanyak Shrut Jal will be given for 30 days .Patient will be assessed on 0th, 15th and 30th day of treatment Total duration of study 30 day.
