Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Prescribed with Injection Tetanus Toxoid Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are having 1. inability to communicate 2. major trauma 3. injection site abscess or hematoma 4. cognitive impairment
