Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age- 20-60 years Frequent and chronic Tension headache patients satisfying the criteria in ICHD III beta version only on analgesics and muscle relaxants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary headache Migraine Recent surgeries Chronic Hypertension & Heart Disease, Previous exposure to yoga in the last 6 months.
