Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age between 18-45 years irrespective of gender. Patients having any compromised maxillary anterior tooth/teeth. Patients having intact buccal periodontal tissues. Patients with thick or thin gingival biotype Good oral hygiene and periodontal status of remaining dentition. Non-smoker. With positive informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metabolic or systemic disease interfere with normal healing Teeth with vertical root fractures on the buccal aspect. Teeth with horizontal root fractures at/below bone level. History of irradiation in the head or neck area. Pregnant or lactating women. Para functional habits Poor oral hygiene and motivation. Psychiatric disorders or unrealistic expectations. Acute infection (abscess) at the site intended for implant placement. Insertion torque during implant placement
